Phones and tablets get touch menus automatically again, even when Floodgate misreports their controls.

Bedrock phones and tablets (Android, iOS, and Fire OS) get touch menus in AUTO again. Floodgate reports Android phones as keyboard and mouse and iOS as unknown, so AUTO now goes by the device for phones and tablets. A phone with a controller still gets the standard menus.

/gcc check adds a line explaining that phones and tablets get touch menus in AUTO even when their reported input looks wrong. The input Floodgate reported is still shown.
The API is unchanged. The API JAR keeps the name GrimsClientChecker-0.3.0-api.jar, and integrated plugins need no updates.
