Better item sorting, safer storage cleanup, mobile withdrawal forms, and a new Java donation command.

Added
Added mobile-friendly withdrawal forms for Bedrock players using touch controls. Java, console, and PC Bedrock players keep the regular chest menus.
Added dedicated categories for custom-named items, custom plugin items, armor, weapons, tools, Shulker and End items, Nether items, Ocean items, and hostile or neutral spawn eggs.
Added tab completion to /donations and its subcommands so players and administrators can see the options available to them.
Added an optional Java-only /donations deposit menu. Access requires a separate permission that is off by default.
Added administrator tools for cleaning unwanted item data and safely reorganizing existing Donation Center contents.
Added an automatic backup before stored contents are reorganized.
Changed
Matching custom items now share one storage entry when their name, enchantments, special modifiers, and condition match. Small behind-the-scenes differences no longer fill the menu with duplicates.
Whitelisted items can be cleaned into ordinary stackable items before storage. This is especially useful for shulker boxes carrying unwanted old data.
The main menu now provides clearer item groups and continues onto extra pages when a category is full.
Spawn eggs now stay in their egg category even when another plugin gives them a custom name or marker.
Worn armor, weapons, and tools placed in the command donation menu are deleted immediately when rejected. Physical Trash Cans keep their existing warning and grace period.
Fixed
Reduced duplicate storage entries caused by plugins changing hidden item information between updates.
Added a safe way to clean shulker boxes affected by retained item data.
