Not everything needs a plugin
Some of the best things in the werkshop are not code at all. The Dreadplate Regalia is a set of models and textures. So is the Armory Pack's Knight set, the Clothes Pack's 48 outfits, the Backyard Toys' Bubble Gun.
Until now those sat wherever they happened to fit on the projects page. They have their own shelf now: Content packs lists all seven, what is in each one, and the one thing they share — no jar, no commands, nothing to configure.
How they reach your players
Packforge serves the Java pack to Java players and the Bedrock pack through Geyser to Bedrock players. Nobody installs anything by hand, and both editions see the same items. The packs are compatible with other pack-host plugins that support their content format. BladeFX effects require Packforge and do not work with third-party hosts.
The three that do want a plugin
The Fantasy Pack's elemental weapons, the Backyard Toys and the Space Cadet sabre have effects, and those come from Grims BladeFX. Install it and they come alive. Leave it out and they are still perfectly good armour and weapons — just quiet.
