Java & Bedrock · Minecraft 26.3

EverGrims Werks content packs that have no plugin of their own: armour, weapons, clothes and toys, served to Java and Bedrock by Packforge.

Some EverGrims Werks content has no plugin of its own. There is no jar to install and no commands to learn — the pack is art, models and recipes, and the server hands it to players through Packforge.

This page is the shelf for those. Everything here works on Paper 26.3.

What "no plugin" means

Packforge serves the Java pack to Java players and the Bedrock pack through Geyser. The packs are also compatible with other pack-host plugins that support their content format. BladeFX effects require Packforge.

That also means a pack on its own does nothing clever. Armour protects, weapons hit, and that is the whole of it.

What needs a plugin, and what does not

Most of these need nothing. Armour protects, weapons hit, clothes are worn. Dreadplate, the Armory Pack, the Clothes Pack and Gem Equipment are complete on their own.

Two things change that: custom projectiles, and visuals. Both come from Grims BladeFX.

PackWithout BladeFXWith it
Grims Backyard Toysthe toys craft and hold, but nothing firesthe bubble, the potato, the water balloon and the lawn dart actually throw
Grims Space Cadetthe suits are unaffected; the toys do nothing when usedthe Glow-Ray, Little Green Zap and Snack-a-Pult fire, and the sabre lights
EGW Fantasy Packfull armour and weapons, simply quietholder particles, on-hit flare, the Cthulhu set bonus, the Feelerblade's madness

So BladeFX is required for the two toy packs, because their projectiles are the point of them, and optional but recommended for the Fantasy Pack, where it supplies the visuals.

BladeFX requires Packforge and does not work with third-party pack-host plugins. It supplies the configured visuals, custom projectiles and effect-driven abilities. Ordinary armour, clothing and other pack items do not need BladeFX simply to display or be equipped.

Grims Clothes Pack ships a GrimsShop section, so outfits can be sold rather than handed out. The pack works without GrimsShop; you just hand the clothes out yourself.

Crafting and permissions

Every pack with recipes puts them behind one node, so you decide per pack whether players craft their own:

PackNode
EGW Armory Packpf.recipe.armory
Grims Backyard Toyspf.recipe.backyard
Grims Space Cadetpf.recipe.spacecadet
Grims Gem Equipmentpf.recipe.gems

Use the pack-specific pf.recipe.<pack> permission, or pf.recipe.* for all packs. Without a grant, only operators can craft permission-gated recipes. Individual recipes can be disabled in their recipe file.

Installing any of them

Each pack downloads as one Complete zip:

Folder in the zipWhere it goes
Geyser/packs/plugins/Geyser-Spigot/packs/
Geyser/custom_mappings/plugins/Geyser-Spigot/custom_mappings/
The bundle’s content namespace folderplugins/Packforge/contents/<pack>/

Restart, then /pf reload. Bedrock players reconnect once to pick up the pack.
